Advances in financial theory and information technology will make it safer for all of us to take risks

(Robert J. Schiller Yale, Economics Professor)

RiskDynaMetrics proposes an on-line analysis of your risk aversion as an investor. It measures and quantifies your capacity to take financial risks and allows computing the portfolio best suited to your investment projects. It offers access to a tool which rigorously measures investors' risk aversion and compares your risk aversion to the one of a given population of investors. In addition, you will have access to the optimal personal portfolio corresponding to your risk aversion. This information can evolve in correspondence to your objectives with respect to each investment project, your personal situation and market conditions.

This is why you will be given the possibility to access your private profile with your identifier and password as often as you wish. You have the possibility to create a profile corresponding to your main investment project. In the months to come, you will also have the possibility to create profiles for secondary investment projects.

We have created a dynamic and interactive questionnaire which measures investors risk aversion. The quality of the measures depends on the quality of your answers. There are no right or wrong answers, only “your” answer is relevant.

Once you have completed the questionnaire, you can access your risk aversion evaluation, as well as the portfolio breakdown which corresponds best to your profile.

You can go back to the general presentation of the site at any time. A technical presentation for econometricians and finance experts is also available, as is a disclaimer. The definitions of the most common financial terms are available by clicking on the term.
